The views from my suite were breathtaking.
My stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The restaurant service was abysmal. my order was forgotten, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and untrained. To add insult to injury, appreciation gifts for two guests were disgraceful, just a tiny chocolate on one night and a bookmark to share the next. As friends sharing the room, this felt incredibly inconsiderate and frustrating.

The Peninsula room offers impressive views down the valley, showing off the surrounding wildlife and stretching all the way to the coast. Eco-friendly amenities like bamboo straws enhance the experience, and the on-site dining presents farm-to-table options that truly shine.
The access road leading to the hotel is a bit of a trek, and the barking dogs from neighboring properties can be a constant distraction. Also, the a la carte breakfast menu leaves much to be desired with limited options and a price tag that feels high for what’s offered, especially compared to other similar stays in the area.

We had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel is surrounded by stunning nature, and we loved exploring the hanging bridges. The Jacuzzi was perfect after a day of hiking. It’s also great to know the hotel has its own farm and offers free yoga each morning.
One downside was the restaurant service. we encountered some delays with our orders.

A Perfect Start to Our Honeymoon
We loved our Peninsula Superior room with a stunning bathtub view and enjoyed the glorious garden-to-plate dining. However, the soundproofing in the room could use some improvement.
